Here’s a nifty little Google Easter Egg on this fine Friday. If you go to the Google homepage and click the “I’m Feeling Lucky” button with no query entered, a countdown timer will appear below the buttons. As of right now it stands at 1595867, with each second ticking off the last number in that sequence.
To make sure, I went ahead and switched my system clock to trick it into thinking it was December 31, and sure enough, the countdown ends at January 1 at midnight. Unfortunately, there doesn’t appear to be a payoff when the timer hits zero. Maybe Google will add that later.

Now when you climb into your bed tonight
And when you lock and bolt the door
Just think about those out in the cold and dark
’cause there’s not enough love to go ’round
No there’s not enough love to go ’round
And sympathy is what we need my friends
And sympathy is what we need
And sympathy is what we need my friends
’cause there’s not enough love to go ’round
No there’s not enough love to go ’round
Now half the world hates the other half
And half the world has all the food
And half the world lies down and quietly starves
’cause there’s not enough love to go ’round
No there’s not enough love to go ’round
No there’s not enough love to go ’round
No there’s not enough love to go ’round
And sympathy is what we need my friends
And sympathy is what we need
And sympathy is what we need my friends
’cause there’s not enough love to go ’round
No there’s not enough love
No there’s not enough love to go ’round
